Use of this web site assumes that you fully accept and
agree to the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.
These Terms & Conditions also state that by signing
up, you are certifying you have also read and understand
our Privacy Policy.
The Claim Network reserves the right to change its Terms
& Conditions at any time, for any reason, without
notice. We also reserve the right to change the methods
through which free items are earned. This may include
increasing or decreasing the amount of referrals that
are required for a particular gift. Please be aware that
we reserve the right to remove any product at any time.
I. Membership
1. All users must provide correct information at registration.
2. You may only sign up once per postal address, dual
accounts from the same postal address will be put on hold.
All postal addresses must be located within the United
Kingdom
3. There is no guarantee that accounts placed on hold
because of dual postal addresses will be taken off hold.
Breach of the terms and conditions is dealt with strictly.
4. We allow one account, per person, per website. Therefore,
you may register once to each of our websites - 360claim,
Wiiclaim and PS3Claim. Any accounts that we are suspicious
of will be placed on hold until the situation is resolved.
5. Referrals cannot be transferred to a different account
on our network, neither can two or more accounts be merged
in any way..
6. Once an account is placed on hold, further registrations
are not permitted and will made inactive immediately.
7. Accounts which do not have any login activity for
35 days or more will be placed on old
8. Unauthorized access or hacking into one of our websites
is illegal and will be dealt with by the law. To ensure
the safety of our users, offenders on our website may
be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
II. Offers
1. We cannot guarantee that you will be credited for
an offer that you have completed. In the case that you
are not credited within 7 working days, Create a support
ticket stating your Name, Referral number, Email and offer
that you completed. We will try our utmost to correct
the situation.
2. To be credited for an offer you must use the direct
link to the offer from the 'offers' page. We will not
credit users who complete an offer by going direct to
the offer providers website.
3. users are responsible for retaining all information
in connection with offers completed. We require as much
information as possible in the case of a user not being
credited. If insufficient information is provided we will
not be able to manually credit users.
4. The Claim Network can not take responsibility for
any users who incur unexpected charges from affiliate
websites.
III. Products
1. The Claim Network cannot guarantee the availability
of the gifts shown on the websites. if a gift is unavailable
the user will be contacted to discuss the waiting time
or an alternative.
2. If an account is suspected of giving false information
in order to gain referrals, that account will be placed
on hold immediately. There is no guarantee that they will
ever be taken off hold.
3. We only allow one gift per user. Users may not reregister
in attempt to order another gift.
4. Only one account per shipping address is allowed.
If more then one account exists for the same shipping
address, all of those accounts will be placed on hold.
There is no guarantee that any of the accounts will ever
be taken off of hold.
5. We only allow users from the United Kingdom.
III. Orders
1. The Claim Network does not accept responsibility for
gifts lost in delivery to the customer. We will investigate
into the situation in the case of a lost item but no responsibility
will be taken.
2. The Claim Networ does not accept returns or exchanges
from their users. Gifts which are returned will be held
until further contact.
3. Verification can take up to 45 days, and in some cases
will be longer.
IV. Other Information
1. The Claim network is allowed to place any account
on hold for any reason.
2. The Claim Network is allowed to deny credit for any
offer for any reason.
3. If one of your referral's accounts is placed on hold
or suspected of being fradulent, the referral may be removed
from your account.
V. Customer service
1. We do not accept contact via telephone due to the volume
of our customers. Users may only contact customer support
direct once they have fully read our FAQ/Help documents.
